Single deck double hull steel vessel of mixed «river — sea» navigation area, with two main azimuth thrusters. Three holds equipped for carriage of general, bulk, grain, timber and large-dimension cargoes, including TEU and FEU, coal and dangerous cargoes of classes 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6.1, 8, 9 by IC MDG and Appendix B of the BC Code.

Specification and accommodation of the crew
For accommodation of the crew in number of 9 persons there are foreseen 2 single block-cabins, 7 single and one double cabins (reserve) with lavatory and douche. A total number of places -11.
Design loads
The inner bottom is designed for intensity of the distributed load 7.5 t/m2, and also for operation of a grab.
At transportation of containers the concentrated load is equal to:
- 72 t — for 3 bays of 20 ? foot containers (TEU);
- 91.5 t ? for 3 bays of 40 ? foot containers (FEU).
Permissible loads on hatch covers:
- Hatch No. 1 ? 3,5 t/m2;
- Hatches Nos. 2 ? 2,6 t/m2
At transportation of containers the load on a footprint of one container is taken equal to 18 tons — for FEU and 32 tons for FEU.
Power plant
Power plant consists of:
- The main unit consisting of two diesel engines (see above), working for 2 full revolving rudder propellers ROLLS-ROYCE AQM US 155/FR with fixed-pitch propellers in a propulsive nozzle.
- Auxiliary units consisting of three diesel-generators VOLVO PENTA D9-AUX of electrical power 240 kW, emergency diesel-generator VOLVO PENTA D74-T of electrical power 90 kW.
- Thermal oil boiler, horizontal execution, AALBORG INDUSTRIES, type H3-TFO-004 with capacity 400 kWt, inlet temperature ? 140oÑ, outlet temperature ? 180oÑ.
